LITTLE BIRDS
Jamaican Style Lager

Brewed with Pilsner malt, Cassava Starch, and Hops from the Hallertau region. Prominent malt, light in body with a low ester-derived fruitiness from the Cassava with a lasting finish.

CHANGE UP
American Lager

Brewed with Six Row and Two Row barley malt, Long Grain White Rice and HSB 1134 experimental US hop variety. Crisp, clean and quaffable.

NZ PILS
New Zealand Style Pils

This beer was brewed in collaboration with our friends at Silver Reef Brewing Co in St. George, Utah. Brewed with Pilsner malt, rice flakes and hopped with 100% Nelson Sauvin. A nice summer crusher with touches of white wine, tropical fruit and gooseberry.

VERNUS
Maibock style lager

Brewed for the Spring with a blend of Pilsner, Munich and CaraMunich malts and hopped with Hallertau and Kazbek hops. This malty and beer brings hints of grandma’s hard candy, citrus, herbal and honey notes with a moderate hop bitterness.

THERESE
German Style Märzen Lager

Amber lager with a medium body, rich in malt with toasted bread and biscuit notes. Restrained bitterness with a rich lingering complexity touch of hops.

MONARCHS
Munich Style Dunkel Lager

Decoction mashed for a rich malt complexity. Dark Munich malts bring hints of chocolate and caramel, without being roasty or overly sweet, balanced by Noble, Spalt, Tettnang and Hallertau hops.

GOTHENBURG
Carnegie Style Baltic Porter

First brewed in 1836, this style of Baltic porter has become a symbol of Sweden’s brewing heritage. Brewed with lager yeast and fermented cold, this beer brings notes of roasted malt, dark fruits, caramel, and chocolate.

OKAY!
Bavarian Style Hefeweizen

Traditionally brewed using a single decoction mash and Seitz Farm noble hops from our friends in the Hallertau. Fruity and phenolic, notes of banana bread, cloves and vanilla with a full creamy mouthfeel.
