Brewed using a temperature step mash with 100% pilsner malt and German Noble Hops. Tightly balanced, floral, herbal and peppery with light notes of citrus.

Decoction mashed for a rich malt complexity. Dark Munich malts bring hints of chocolate and caramel, without being roasty or overly sweet, balanced by Noble, Spalt, Tettnang and Hallertau hops.

Traditionally brewed using a single decoction mash and Seitz Farm noble hops from our friends in the Hallertau. Fruity and phenolic, notes of banana bread, cloves and vanilla with a full creamy mouthfeel.

Traditionally brewed using a single decoction mash and Seitz Farm noble hops from our friends in the Hallertau. Fruity and phenolic, notes of banana bread, cloves and vanilla with a full creamy mouthfeel.
In collaboration with 2nd Shift Brewing. Brewed with 20% Ube purple yam using a traditional cereal mash schedule. This beer pours with a pinkish-purple hue with light pink foam which dissipates to white. Slightly sweet with floral berry notes.

This New American Lager was brewed in collaboration with The Danforth Plant Science Center, The Land Institute, Millpond Brewing, Side Project Brewing and Switchgrass Spirits. Brewed with 25% Kernza®--a perennial grain closely related to wheat--pilsner malt, German Hallertau and French Aramis hops. This beer has a soft sticky mouthfeel with earthy spice and a sweet herbal nutty flavor with subtle citrus and flowers.

This New American Lager was brewed in collaboration with The Danforth Plant Science Center, The Land Institute, Millpond Brewing, Side Project Brewing and Switchgrass Spirits. Brewed with 25% Kernza®--a perennial grain closely related to wheat--pilsner malt, German Hallertau and French Aramis hops. This beer has a soft sticky mouthfeel with earthy spice and a sweet herbal nutty flavor with subtle citrus and flowers.
Brewed in collaboration with "The ExBeerience" in honor of Queen Latifah and the 90's ladies of Hip Hop to celebrate Juneteenth. This beer was cereal mashed with long grain rice and pilsner malt, hopped in the kettle with Southern Passion and bounces with Citra and Mosaic in the dryhop.
